Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using the Texas Coating Solutions website or B2B portal ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company and that these Terms apply to both you and the company.
2. Accounts
B2B access is issued on approval. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@texascoatingsolutions.com of any suspected unauthorized access.
3. Orders and Pricing
Prices on the B2B portal are frozen at order-submission time and stored as part of a sop_version snapshot. We reserve the right to adjust catalog pricing at any time; open orders keep their frozen prices. Reorders show a diff against the live state and require explicit acceptance.
4. Performance Claims
Performance information surfaced on color pages reflects the technical documentation available for the applicable coating systems. We do not guarantee identical performance under field conditions that differ materially from the documented conditions. Technical documentation is available for applicable coating systems on request so the reviewing authority can confirm conditions.
5. Samples
Physical sample panels are provided for evaluation. Color rendition varies with lighting; we recommend reviewing samples under the lighting of the intended installation. Samples are not guaranteed to be identical to production lots and should not be used for final specification without a confirming lab run.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the catalog schema, spec-sheet data, and the platform itself, is owned by Texas Coating Solutions. RAL, Pantone, and other referenced color systems are the property of their respective owners, see the Trademark Notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to TCS in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or cost of substitute goods.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes arising under these Terms is the state or federal courts of the State of Texas with proper jurisdiction over TCS's principal place of business in Boerne, Texas.
9. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive one-to-one informational text messages from Texas Coating Solutions regarding product inquiries, powder coating samples, product testing, scheduled visits, appointments, order status, pickup and delivery coordination, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to B2B primary contacts by email with at least thirty days' advance notice.
