Texas Coating Solutions SMS Messaging Terms
Texas Coating Solutions ("TCS") provides conversational and informational SMS messaging for customers and business contacts who affirmatively opt in to receive text messages. These terms describe how to opt in, what messages you may receive, and how to stop them at any time.
1. How you opt in
On our website, you may opt in by affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on the Create a business account form. That checkbox is optional and is never pre-checked.
Providing a telephone number does not enroll you in SMS messaging. We use the phone number you provide to contact you about your request; text messages are sent only after you affirmatively consent.
2. Messages you may receive
By opting in, you agree to receive one-to-one informational text messages from Texas Coating Solutions regarding product inquiries, powder coating samples, product testing, scheduled visits, appointments, order status, pickup and delivery coordination, and customer support. This program is limited to the conversational and informational messages described here.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your request and on the conversation you have with our team.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opting out — reply STOP
Reply STOP to opt out. You may do so at any time, in reply to any message. After you opt out, we will not send you further SMS messages unless you later opt back in by re-subscribing through the consent checkbox described in Section 1.
6. Help — reply HELP

7. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Texas Coating Solutions. You may decline SMS messaging and still request an account, samples, documentation, quotes, or support.
8. Your mobile information
Texas Coating Solutions does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver and support the messaging service.
